This unit was purchased new after a car break-in at my apartment. I tried it for a week or so and moved a few months later and it has been in a box since. Not a single scratch, works great - the DIN-E trunk mounting bracket and 3-wire DC power cord was lost in the move, but all other accessories are included: Scanner, AC adapter, Lighter power cord, mounting bracket/hardware, push-on antenna, remote PC to scanner cable and the owner's manual.
