Up for Auction is a Kenwood TS-140s all mode HF rig - Clean. Fellow Hams and radio collectors alike, up for auction is a very nice classic but fully functional HF rig. I never got a chance to use it. I picked it up a few years ago becuase it caught my eye but I never put it into service other than to check that it's output was 100w as advertised; it did well but I have other rigs I use. I made an HF contact to Germany the first time I fired it up and the gentlemen said the rig sounded really good I'd give the rig an 8/10 cosmetically. It has the usual signs of a rig that was produced in the 80's and survived until now. When I first got it, I detailed it with some warm water and a 250 pack box of q-tips until all the nobs shined brilliantly.
