AMERITRON AL-82 HF LINEAR AMPLIFIER Up for auction a very nice and clean, non-smoker, AMERITRON AL-82 HF Linear Amplifier. This unit has always been well kept in non-smoking environment. The Alpha 8100 covers 10-160M including 12/17M. Amp runs a pair of 3-500ZG in ground grid. Typically 80-100 drive will yield the full legal limit. Top cover had been professionally modify to allow more air cooling. A dust filter is had also been added on the air intake side. All cover cover screws have been replaced with machined hexed screw to precise fitting. All photos as seen here are from the actual unit being offered for sale. The Ameritron AL-82 is one of the best selling amp Ameritron has ever manufactured. The instant on of the 3-500ZG tubes leave no waiting time for warm-up. Amp will be shipped in three boxes. One for the amp, one for the Hypersil transformer, one for the two tubes and chimneys. Shipping is via FedExGround. We do ship international. Shipping fee is listed under the drop down menu.
